We cupped both the washed and natural alongside other Ethiopian coffees, and what stood out to us was how clean the coffees from Muje Mesina washing station were, across both processing methods.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBeyond the processing, the JARC 74110, 74112 and 74165 varieties tend to produce berry-like aromas and sweetness. Thinking back to our previous release of Ethiopia 74158, this coffee from Muje Mesina showed some similar qualities too.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe chose the natural over the washed as it was slightly sweeter, more complex, and more versatile across both espresso and filter. For us, this is exactly the kind of easy-drinking daily coffee we'd want to have on the bench.
