This special release celebrates Alejandra Muñoz, a resilient 26-year-old woman redefining what it means to be a producer in Colombia’s male-dominated coffee industry. Raised in the mountainous region of Brussels-Pitalito, Alejandra’s journey began far from the fields - first as a student, then an entrepreneur running a fast food restaurant to support her young family. Life’s curveballs may have shut the kitchen doors, but they opened the gates to a new future in coffee.

Now working on Zarza Farm, Alejandra brings dedication, perseverance, and pride to every step of the process — from hand-picking ripe cherries to overseeing the careful fermentation that shapes this coffee’s vibrant character.

Grown under the protective canopy of walnut and guayacán trees, Pink Bourbon reflects the harmony of resilience and care. Expect a clean, structured cup with a layered profile — floral, juicy, and uplifting, just like the story behind it.
