❤️ Grown between 1950–2300 masl at Danche Station in Chelbesa, Gedeb, this Red Honey processed coffee brings new dimension to the Dega & Wolisho varietals we love. Compared to its washed counterpart, the honey process adds richness and complexity while preserving a delicate, tea-like texture.
This was a challenging coffee to roast: a narrow margin between underdeveloped and overworked. But when it lands, it truly sings. Gentle florals, vibrant fruit, and a rewarding clarity that unfolds sip by sip.
