Shipping Policy

 

At Eternal Coffee, we are committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality specialty coffee delivered in a timely manner. Below is an outline of our shipping policy to ensure you know what to expect when placing your order.

 

Order Processing & Roasting Times

  • Orders placed by Tuesday: All orders received by 11:59 PM (NZST) on Tuesday will be freshly roasted on Thursday of the same week.

  • Orders placed after Tuesday: Orders placed on Wednesday or later will be roasted the following week, with dispatch scheduled for the Monday after roasting.

Dispatch Times

  • Once roasted, all orders will be dispatched on Monday of the following week.

  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll be able to review shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Packaging

  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging keeps your coffee fresh and protected during transit.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer shipping within New Zealand only. We are working to expand our reach to other locations, so stay tuned for future updates!

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it may not be possible to make changes.

  • We cannot cancel orders once they have been roasted, but if your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
