Order Processing & Roasting Times

Orders placed by Sunday: All orders received by 11:59 PM (NZST) on Sunday will be freshly roasted on Tuesday of the same week, with dispatch scheduled for the following Monday.

Orders placed after Sunday: Orders placed on Monday or later will be roasted the following week, with dispatch scheduled for the Monday after roasting.
Dispatch Times

Once roasted, all orders will be dispatched on Monday of the following week.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
