Roaster's Comment:
We had a lot of fun roasting a washed lot from Tamiru Tadesseβs partner farm, Doora, and having tasted his natural 74158 coffees from Alo before from other international roasters, we knew this one was going to be good.
On the cupping table it was super sweet and melon-like. Once we roasted it ourselves, it opened up even more, with juicy plum and Ambrosia apple notes and a floral finish, just like hibiscus. Itβs an easygoing, everyday kind of coffee, exactly the style we love for our 200g singleβs release.
