Roaster's Comment:
The idea for this blend began when we tasted the Lulo co-ferment Castillo and it instantly reminded us of feijoa. That flavour stayed with us, and we knew we wanted to build something special around it. So we leaned into the flavours many of us in New Zealand grew up with: feijoa, sweet manuka honey, and a touch of kawakawa tea.
Releasing this around the festive season felt right. It is bright, familiar, and a little nostalgic. Consider it our holiday gift to Aotearoa, a blend shaped by our own backyard, made to share with friends, family, and whoever is around the table. Cheers to something truly Kiwi.
