Las Flores Farm is well known for its innovative processing and close connection to El Diviso. From four available lots, I selected the Chiroso and the Geisha & Aji Bourbon for their contrasting profiles and shared clarity, both finishing clean and refined.
This release reflects my intention to present a paired offering from a single producer to truly express their work, and Las Flores under Jhoan Vergara is the perfect choice for this purpose.
